PDP's location plays an important role in the ability to offer technical support anytime to anywhere. Based in Iran with partners in the UK, PDP is able to provide round the clock service to its clients at low cost. This is due to the fact that the normal week in Iran is Saturday to Thursday whilst in the UK it is Monday to Friday. The public holiday calendar is also different. This means that PDP do not need to pay their staff higher overtime rates and this lowers the cost base significantly. There are of course a number of different levels of support available to our clients which are linked to the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
